These are the general terms and conditions of Systain Consulting GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Systain), which generally apply to services provided by Systain, provided that no overriding individual contractual regulations have been made. These terms and conditions apply exclusively; conflicting or deviating conditions do not apply.

Ancillary agreements must always be made in writing. A party can only invoke verbal agreements if the agreement has been confirmed in writing by at least one party immediately, but no later than within 48 hours. If a written agreement is subsequently changed, this must be expressly pointed out in the written confirmation.
