These terms and conditions apply exclusively; conflicting or deviating conditions do not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancillary agreements must always be made in writing. A party can only invoke verbal agreements if the agreement has been confirmed in writing by at least one party immediately, but no later than within 48 hours.
